Gilbert's Upper Deck Charges:  Room Charge is waived if your event's contracted food purchases exceed $3,000. For events with less than $3,000 in food sales, there will be a $500 room charge.
Bar Service:  If you would like a bartender for your event, Gilbert's will provide a bartender at no extra cost to you if bar sales exceed $300. If bar sales are less than $300, there will be a bartender fee equal to the difference between bar sales and $300.
Linen Requests:  We will make every effort to acquire specially requested linens. If there is a charge to us beyond the usual fee due to specific requests, that charge will be added to the final amount due.
Confirmation:  An event is not confirmed until the receipt to a non-refundable deposit of 25% of expected fees, or $800.00.  All expected costs must be paid in full 14 days before the event, or Gilbert's reserves the right to cancel the event.  The event contact must provide a credit card number and point-of-contact to finalize any day-of-event charges.  All Food and Beverage Sales are subject to 7.25% California Sales Tax and 18% service charge.
